Located in Les Prodains Ski Resort at the foot of the cable cars in Avoriaz ski resort, this charming hotel offers ski-to-door access. It features a heated and covered outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub and beauty treatments and massages are available on site. Wifi is available on main floor.
From here you will be able to ski 650kms of tracks linking resorts in France and Switzerland. This area is called 'Portes du Soleil' and it is the biggest skiable domain in the world! During summer the Neige-Roc hotel is located in the midst of nature, in a peaceful and wonderful landscape - the pastures of the French Alps.
Furthermore, for our more sportive guests, the area is the departure point for numerous walks and mountain biking trails. All along the trails you will encounter our characteristic French farms and chalets dotted amid the alpine flora and fauna.

Excellent location for keen skiiers, straight into avoriaz and can ski back down to the hotel.
Excellent location at bottom of lift which takes you straight into Avoriaz. Not in Morzine town though you have to get a bus.

A very enjoyable stay
Great location, and the food for lunch and dinner in particular is excellent. Good wines too. Very friendly service and helpful arranging things prior to arrival too
More/better arranged comfy seating would be good. The wifi was not great Bedrooms and bathrooms are small and perhaps a little too cosy! They are comfortable though

Pleasant
Location was great . Could ski almost to the front door .
Very grumpy female owner . Was not willing to listen to any feedback . Travelled with my teenage son who would have been happy with plain food for dinner instead of a set la carte menu . No choice at all from the menu unless you told the kitchen before 11am . When I tried to ask for just a burger which was on the hotels lunch time menu I was told they wouldn’t serve this for dinner ! Also very dismissive when I asked about our ski boots still being wet after being put on the overnight heated rack . It was our fault for not having filled up the other racks first . I suggested maybe putting a notice up to tell clients to do that . “ we can not be putting notices up everywhere , we can not run around after every customer ! “ I only wanted dry boots ! Think she may be in the wrong profession ! Having said this the hotel is very comfortable, the a la carte menu was very good but if you are travelling with children or have any food intolerances be prepared for a battle ! The receptionist Lou was very accommodating and tried her best to ensure our stay went smoothly . Unfortunately won’t be returning because of the owners offhand , rude attitude .
